When was the last time you had the confidence to confidently put yourself out there for a new opportunity? How long has it been since you made yourself a priority? How many times have you looked in the mirror this past week and criticised the person looking back?
What about your social circle? Are they good people who support you or just a bunch of casual friends who get together to bond over bitching? Ever feel like your friends sometimes (even if unintentionally) make you doubt yourself?
Do you find yourself having more fun when you’re intoxicated and ‘inhabited’? What does your self-talk sound like? Is it positive thoughts or negative sabotage, leaving you feeling anxious? Are you always in a state of comparison? Flicking through social media and comparing every filtered image to yourself? What about the last time you were comfortable enough to have sex with the lights ON?
If any of these scenarios sound too familiar, chances are You’re Just Not That Into You.
Women in particular spend so much time worrying about what others think of them, how we’re perceived and managing our impression on others that we often forget to look after ourselves. We’re programmed to put others first without investing in ourselves, and it’s time to change it. You’re Just Not That Into You is a chilled AF workshop where we’re going to fix that.
I work with kick ass women like yourself to remove self-doubt, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, confusion, anxiety and more by replacing it with strength, determination, happiness, self-belief, self-love and a shit tonne of SELF EMPOWERMENT.
In this workshop, you’ll learn ways to identify and remove old behaviours and patterns that aren’t serving you any positive purpose and how to move forward feeling hella confident about who you are and what you want.
Set over 2 hours, this session is held in a small group environment with as much or as little participation as you’re keen on. I say, JUMP IN AND GET AMONGST IT!
