Initial Strategy Session:
In-person* (Mount Martha): A 4-hour deep dive into your business dreams, goals, challenges and concerns.
Zoom: Two 2-hour sessions for those who prefer the comfort of their own space or are interstate/overseas.
Monthly Coaching Sessions (2 hours each)
Tailored sessions focusing on the stuff that matters to you: leadership growth, strategic planning, boundary setting, communication skills, client relationships, and overcoming whatever business hurdles come your way.
Customisable Modules:
Pick and choose from a smorgasbord (does anyone remember ‘Smorgies’? No? Just me… damn I miss their pizza) of topics like Communication Strategies, Operational Efficiency, Personal Branding and Values, Conflict Management and Work-Life Balance. It's your program; let's make it fit you like a glove.
Mid-Program Review (2 hours)
A check-in to see how far you've come and where we need to tweak things.
Final Strategy Session (4 hours)
Wrapping up with a look back at your achievements and plotting the course for continued success.

6-month program: $4,500AUD
A 12-month program is available for $9,000AUD upon request only
