Sometimes our relationship just needs a little fine tuning. Things are okay but they’re not great, and we want great, right? Right!
This is where this program comes in.
12-sessions designed to strengthen your relationships through improved communication, value alignment, effective listening, boundary setting, and other key relationship areas.
Each couples session is 60 minutes, and allows open dialogue, understanding, and mutual growth. Additionally, two individual sessions of 45 minutes (each) are included at the start of the program to address personal insights and concerns in confidentiality.

Recognising and appreciating each other's contributions
The impact of gratitude on relationship health

Session 6: Conflict Resolution
Healthy ways to approach and resolve conflicts
Understanding each other's conflict styles
Negotiation and compromise techniques
Session 7: Setting Boundaries
The importance of boundaries for individual and relationship health
How to set and respect boundaries
Dealing with boundary violations
Session 8: Maintaining Individuality
Balancing togetherness and individuality
Encouraging personal growth and support
Activities and interests outside the relationship
Session 9: Planning for the Future
Setting shared goals and dreams
Discussing future challenges and how to address them

Features:
2 x Individual Sessions: Focused session for each partner to confidentially share their goals and concerns
Fortnightly (or monthly) Couples Coaching Sessions (10 in total): Focused time with both partners to explore and address specific aspects of the relationship.
Email Support (work hours only Monday - Friday): For ongoing guidance and support throughout the 6 months.
