I use industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications, secure cloud storage, and regular security updates. However, no system is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request copies of information I hold about you (all clients receive a copy of transcribed session notes after every session, effective as of May 2025)

  • Ask me to correct or update your information

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)

  • Unsubscribe from email communications at any time

  • Withdraw consent for data processing (this may affect service delivery)

Data Retention

I keep client information for up to 7 years after service completion for legal and tax purposes. Marketing emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics are retained for 24 months.

International Data Transfers

If you're outside Australia, your information may be transferred to Australian servers. I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers.
