1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Megan Luscombe. By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or services.

2. Services Overview

I provide consulting, strategic advisory, relationship advisory, business alignment and business retainer support. All services are delivered through:

  • 1:1 consultations and ongoing advisory relationships

  • Strategy intensives and VIP experiences

  • Retainers, team realignment and leadership culture work

  • Group programs and mastermind experiences

  • Digital resources and content

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your Privacy Matters. I operate with strict confidentiality protocols. I do not share client information, use testimonials, or discuss your business publicly. This confidentiality extends to all aspects of our work together.

Your Responsibility. You're also responsible for maintaining confidentiality about other clients you may encounter in group settings or events.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Process. Services are booked through initial consultations or direct inquiry. All bookings require signed agreements and payment as outlined in your specific service agreement.

Payment Terms. All services require full payment upfront before service delivery begins. Payment is due immediately upon booking confirmation. For multi-session packages or ongoing services, full payment is required before the first session unless otherwise specified in writing.

No Refund Policy. All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions

  • Dissatisfaction with services or outcomes

  • Personal or business circumstances that prevent participation

  • Force majeure events (illness, travel disruptions, etc.)

This policy exists because I reserve dedicated time and capacity for you, turn away other clients, and begin strategic preparation immediately upon booking. The personalised nature of my services means this time and expertise cannot be resold or recovered.

5. Your Responsibilities

Engagement. You're responsible for showing up prepared, engaged, and ready to do the work. This isn't passive consumption - it requires your active participation.

Implementation. I provide strategy and guidance; you're responsible for implementation. Results depend on your commitment and follow-through.

Missed Sessions. If you miss a scheduled session without 48 hours' notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling. This includes sessions missed due to illness, travel, or any other personal circumstances.

Rescheduling. Sessions may be rescheduled once with 48 hours' notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be accommodated at my discretion and may incur additional fees.

Honesty. Our work requires honesty about your situation, challenges, and goals. Withholding relevant information affects the quality of support I can provide.

6. What I Don't Do

I am not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or legal advisor. While our work may be transformational, it's relationship, individual, business and leadership consulting/advisory and coaching, not therapy. If you need therapeutic or medical support, I'll help you find appropriate resources.

7. Intellectual Property

My Content. All content on this website, frameworks, methodologies, and materials I create remain my intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and digital programs

  • Worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources

  • Video content, audio recordings, and written materials

  • Proprietary frameworks and methodologies

  • Email sequences and course content

Permitted Use: You may use purchased content for your personal and business development only.

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any content to others

  • Upload content to file-sharing platforms or group forums

  • Create derivative works or courses based on my content

  • Use my frameworks or methodologies in your own paid programs without written permission

  • Screenshot, record, or reproduce content for distribution

Digital Course Terms. Online audio courses are licensed for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, downloading content for others, or group viewing violates these terms and will result in immediate access termination without refund.

Your Content. Any materials, insights, or content you share remain yours, but you grant me permission to use anonymised concepts or themes (without identifying details) in my future work.

8. Limitation of Liability

I provide strategic guidance and support, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on numerous factors beyond my control, including your implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. All payments already made are non-refundable. If I terminate services due to client breach of these terms, all payments remain non-refundable. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination circumstances.

10. Disputes

If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first. If that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Australia under Australian law.

11. Updates & Communication

I may update these terms periodically. I'll notify you of significant changes. For ongoing clients, continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
