Unlearn. Rebuild. Take Up Space.
If you do this work, really do it, not just listen passively, here's what shifts:
You'll stop apologising for having opinions, needs, and boundaries. You'll recognise when you're operating from old programming versus your authentic self, and you'll have the tools to redirect yourself back to truth.
You'll make decisions based on what actually serves your life, not what avoids disappointing others. You'll communicate your needs clearly without over-explaining or feeling guilty. You'll set boundaries that people actually respect because you'll maintain them consistently.
You'll handle pushback when people resist your growth without abandoning your progress. You'll use your voice with confidence, knowing the difference between being assertive and being aggressive. You'll create a life that reflects your actual priorities rather than inherited expectations.
Most importantly, you'll take up the space you deserve without apology. You'll show up as yourself, fully, authentically, unapologetically, instead of performing the version of yourself that keeps everyone else comfortable.
This isn't about becoming someone different. This is about becoming more yourself. More of who you were before you learned to make yourself small.
The work requires honesty, commitment, and a willingness to feel uncomfortable as you outgrow old patterns. But if you're ready for that, this experience will change how you move through the world.

MODULE 1: UNLEARN
-
Session 1: Welcome to Unlearning
Your introduction to this work and what unlearning actually means. Why most of your current patterns aren't actually yours, and how to start recognising the difference between authentic choices and inherited programming.
-
Session 2: The Cost of Keeping What's Familiar
The real price you're paying for staying in patterns that feel safe but don't serve you. How people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-functioning are costing you opportunities, energy, and authentic relationships.
-
Session 3: Inherited Patterns: What You Learned About Your Worth
Where your beliefs about your value actually came from. How childhood messaging about being "good" shaped your adult patterns of making yourself small, and why understanding the origin is crucial to changing the pattern.
-
Session 4: People-Pleasing, Over-Functioning, and Other Ways We Shrink
The specific ways you make yourself smaller every day without realising it. How apologising, minimising, and over-explaining train people not to take you seriously.
-
Session 5: Authentic Response vs. Conditioned Reaction
Learning to distinguish between your real responses and automatic programming. How to create space between trigger and reaction so you can choose consciously instead of reacting from old patterns.
-
-
MODULE 2: REBUILD
-
Session 6: Foundation Work: Building From Your Authentic Self
How to identify your actual values versus inherited expectations. Building a life foundation based on who you really are instead of who you think you should be.
-
Session 7: Decision-Making Without Guilt or Second-Guessing
Making choices that serve your authentic priorities without endless deliberation or seeking approval. Trusting your own judgement and tolerating other people's disappointment with your decisions.
-
Session 8: Creating Boundaries That Stick
The difference between setting boundaries and maintaining them. How to communicate limits clearly and what to do when people test or push back against your boundaries.
-
Session 9: Communicating Your Needs Without Apology
Moving from hints and hoping to clear, direct requests. How to ask for what you need without over-explaining, apologising, or minimising your importance.
-
Session 10: Building Relationships From Strength, Not Need
Creating connections based on mutual appreciation rather than what you can do for others. How to attract people who value your authentic self instead of your usefulness.
-
-
MODULE 3: TAKE UP SPACE
-
Session 11: Permission to Be Fully Yourself Without Apology
Moving from hiding parts of yourself to showing up whole. Why taking up space isn't selfish and how to own your achievements, opinions, and presence without false modesty.
-
Session 12: Handling Pushback When You Start Showing Up Differently
What to expect when people resist your growth and how to stay grounded in your authenticity. Recognising guilt-tripping, minimising, and escalation tactics without being derailed by them.
-
Session 13: Using Your Voice Powerfully Without Being Aggressive
The difference between assertive and aggressive communication. How to speak with confidence and authority without being labelled difficult or demanding.
-
Session 14: Creating a Life That Reflects Your Actual Priorities
Aligning your daily reality with your authentic values. Making changes that honour who you really are instead of living according to inherited shoulds and external expectations.
-
Session 15: Maintaining Your New Patterns When Old Triggers Arise
Building resilience for long-term authentic living. How to recognise when you're being pulled back into old patterns and redirect yourself toward growth without self-criticism.

Meet Your Coach
Meet Your Coach
I'm Megan Luscombe. Most call me the person who told them the truth when no one else would.
I work with women who are done playing roles and are ready to take full ownership of their work, their relationships, their business, and their leadership.
This isn't about mindset hacks or glossy surface-level shit. This is deep, strategic, emotionally honest work. The kind that helps you restructure what's not working and reclaim the parts of you that still know what's right.
I've spent over 14 years helping women stop shrinking, get clear, and build lives and businesses that actually feel like theirs.
In this self-led experience, you get my methodology, the same approach I use in my private sessions, distilled into a comprehensive system you can work through on your own timeline. It's everything I've learned about helping women unlearn what doesn't serve them, rebuild from their authentic foundation, and take up the space they deserve.
If you're ready to get honest and lead your next chapter like you mean it, this is where we start.

Course FAQ
-
There's no set timeline. You move at your own pace. Some women work through one session per week over 15 weeks, others binge multiple sessions when they have focused time available. The content is designed to be revisited, many participants go through it multiple times as they integrate the work deeper into their lives.
-
No. This experience contains my core methodology and insights from 14 years of practice, but it's self-led work. In 1:1 sessions, I provide personalised guidance, real-time feedback, and intuitive responses to your specific situation. This experience gives you the framework and tools to do substantial personal development work on your own. Many women use it as preparation for private sessions or as an alternative if they prefer working independently.
-
That's completely fine. Many women find this experience helps them clarify what they want to explore further in 1:1 work. Having done this foundational work often makes private sessions more effective because you'll already understand the methodology and have identified specific areas where you want deeper, personalised support. You can reach out anytime to discuss private session availability.
