What I actually do

Find the one pattern creating all of your problems.

What looks like a relationship problem and a money problem and a work problem is usually the same pattern in three different costumes. In our first session I'm already looking for the belief underneath all of it — the thing you inherited, the protection you built, the assumption you've never questioned.

Once we find it, we don't manage it. We change it. The behaviour changes because the structure underneath it changes.

For example:

You can't set limits with your partner, your clients, or your family. That's not three separate problems — it's one belief about your own worth expressing in three places.

You self-sabotage right before breakthrough. In your business, your relationships, your health. Same pattern, different stage.

You seek emotionally unavailable people, chronically undercharge, and give more in friendships than you receive. One pattern, multiple expressions.

What I’m not

How we work together

First session — $495 + GST

45 minutes. We map the pattern, establish what's underneath it, and determine whether ongoing work is the right next step. This is where everyone starts.

Ongoing sessions — $350 + GST

45 minutes per session. After your assessment, we structure ongoing work based on what we found and what actually needs to change. There's no locked-in package — the right number of sessions is different for every person.

That said:this work doesn't happen in one conversation. For something to genuinely shift, most people need a minimum of five sessions. I'll be honest with you about what I think the work requires after we've done the first session.
