What is a Pattern Reading?
A Pattern Reading is a detailed analysis of the behaviour you can't seem to stop repeating, even though you can see yourself doing it.
You fill out a questionnaire. I spend hours reading what you've written, looking for the patterns you can't see from inside your own life. Then I send you back a report that names exactly what's happening and why you keep doing it.
This isn't coaching. It's recognition. Sometimes all you need is someone to point at the thing you've been circling around for years but couldn't quite articulate yourself.
What’s it good for?
Pattern Readings are for when you're stuck in a loop and you know it, but you can't figure out how to get out.
Maybe you keep choosing the same kind of person and wondering why it always ends the same way. Maybe you burn out at every job within two years. Maybe you're always the one holding everything together and you're exhausted and resentful but you don't know how to stop.

When you buy, here’s what you get
A detailed questionnaire (20 questions) sent to your email. This is your chance to overshare. The more you give me, the more I can see.
Complete confidentiality. What you write stays between us. Change names if it makes you more comfortable.
A written Pattern Reading (approximately 1,500 words) that identifies the specific pattern you're running, where it came from, what it's costing you, and what it would take for it to stop. I send this back to you within 7 days of receiving your responses.
A clear explanation of what you're actually doing and why, written in plain language without jargon or corporate speak.

No follow-up calls, no ongoing commitment, no upsells. You get the reading, you sit with it, you do what you want with the information.
